Welcome to the
Attune family!
Once you and Beth have scheduled an appointment, please fill out the two forms: Goals and Health History Form and the Personal Training Consent Form. Pre-pay before sessions: click here for ways to pay. You will receive an email confirming when you schedule an appointment as well as a 24-hour reminder via email and text. For directions to Attune Fitness, click here. If you are meeting with Beth virtually, you will receive the Zoom link before your session via email.
Your initial session:​
For your initial session, Beth provides a FREE additional 30-minutes. In your first visit, you and Beth will go over your goals, exercise and health history so she can develop your workout and exercise plan to meet your needs. Depending on how long the getting-to-know-you time initially takes, particularly in a half-hour session (plus FREE 30-minutes) with more extensive health histories, there may or may not be time to get to your exercises in that first session. A detailed and clear understanding of what your goals are, including your history, allows Beth to make the best possible workout for you.
After your first session, usually within the first 24 hours, you will receive a document via email from Beth outlining the following:

Beth re-evaluates your progress, goals, workout, exercise plan, how you're feeling, what's working, what's not at regular intervals. Beth will help you align your workout with your needs and wants.
Scheduling and Payments:

All personal training sessions require payment at least 24 hours prior to the time of the personal training session.

Personal Training sessions are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions are non-transferable to other people.

Clients are not required to buy a package. Clients can purchase one session at a time. Packages do offer progressive savings the more you buy (for example, if you purchase 1 Hour sessions: a 5-Pack saves you $25, a 10-pack saves you $90 and a 20-Pack saves you $220).

​If you purchase a package with Beth, there is no worry about having that credit be flexible. If you start with 1/2 hour sessions and you decide you would like to switch to 1 hour sessions, you can use the remaining credit/unused half-hour session to go towards your hourly package.

You set your pace! There is no pressure or requirement to use your sessions within anything shorter than 1 year from purchase - the credit expires after 1 year. If you need help figuring out a pace that feels best for you, Beth is happy to help. This pace can be readjusted at any point in your training with her.
