Beth creates customized workout programs designed specifically for each client's needs and goals. Beth is aware that each person's relationship with their body is unique, and she creates a safe space in order for clients to attune to their body without judgement to effectively work on their fitness goals.

Since 2012, she has been studying and integrating Postural Restoration® into her personal training and Pilates instruction, ensuring that all her services are informed by best practices that fit each client with a strong appreciation for the powerful influences exerted by the neurological and respiratory systems.
